How to Apply:
Pull the tape apart at the tear lines.
Remove the backing from strips 1 and 2, then apply them just below the kneecap.
Remove the backing from strip 3. Starting just below the knee on one side, apply the tape upward and diagonally across the knee, curving it over the kneecap. Use a gentle stretch along the tape, then smooth down the end with no stretch.
Repeat step 3 with strip 4 on the opposite side of your knee, crossing over strip 3.
